Charging happens at the moment of purchase, for the displayed total including any delivery fee.

Online checkout accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay and Google Pay, Klarna, Afterpay and Cash on Delivery (COD). The list shown on the checkout page is always the authoritative one. Prices and currency

Figures shown are in USD and exclude delivery, which is calculated and displayed at checkout.

Security

Payment credentials are submitted directly to the processor over an encrypted channel and are not retained by us.

Declined payments

No order exists if payment fails, and no funds are captured. Bank holds resolve themselves.

Refunds

Refunds are always returned to the method used to pay; we cannot redirect a refund to a different card or account. Timings are set out in the Refund and Returns Policy and the Cancellation Policy.
