No contract exists until despatch. The checkout confirmation records your offer; the shipping notice records our acceptance.

A clear pricing mistake gives both of us the right to withdraw. You will be contacted before anything ships.

Delivery charges, timings and destinations are set out in the Shipping Policy, which forms part of these terms.

The Refund and Returns Policy and the Cancellation Policy also form part of these terms and take precedence over any summary elsewhere on the site.

Acceptable use is shopping. Unacceptable use includes scraping, republishing our content, and any attempt to disrupt the site.

Intellectual property in the site belongs to High Style Deco or its licensors. Third-party trademarks are acknowledged as such.

We describe what we sell as accurately as we can, including sizes, counts and materials. Photographs are representative; colour reproduction varies between screens, and a difference in shade is not a fault.
